Andrew T. Bull is an associate in the litigation department. Mr. Bull is a graduate from Goucher College where he earned a degree in Political Science. Following his undergraduate education, Mr. Bull received his law degree and a master's degree in Public Policy from Drexel University.

Prior to working at Haines & Associates, Mr. Bull was an extern for Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf's Office of General Counsel, a Policy Director for Joseph Torsella's successful 2016 campaign for Pennsylvania Treasurer, and a Political Aide for Patrick Murphy’s 2012 campaign for Pennsylvania attorney general.

During law school, Mr. Bull was the president of the American Constitution Society and vice president of Drexel Moot Court. He also competed in the Jessup International Law Competition and served as a representative on the Drexel Student Body Association.

In 2016, Mr. Bull was named one of the "Who's Next in Politics: 19 young people making a difference in Philly" by Philadelphia based news-outlet, Billy Penn. Mr. Bull currently resides in Fairmount and volunteers at the Pennsylvania Innocence Project in his free time.
